Bunbury Tri Club Duathlon Series 2025

Welcome to the Bunbury Tri Club 2025 Hastie Shield Duathlon Series.

The Bunbury Tri Club will hold a three race duathlon series during the off season of 2025 in August,
September and October with all the events to be run at a new location of Karrargup Nature Reserve, Leschenault.
This is on Cathedral Avenue, Leschenault.

Registration prior to the race is required. There is no registration available on the day.

There will be 3 race distances which includes a kids or Trystars race.
Long course – 4.6km run, 22km bike, 3km run.
Short course – 1.6km run, 11km bike, 1.6km run.
Trystars
Short – 500m run, 2km bike, 500m run or
Long – 1km run, 4km bike, 1km run
(subject to conditions and may be changed.)

The Trystar race will be held prior to main events .

2024 Race Dates

Race 1 – Sunday August 10th  – 8am Race Start
Race 2 – Sunday September 7th  – 8am Race start
Race 3 – Sunday October 5th – 8am Race start

Race Costs

The information below may change with the start of the 2025 – 2026 season.

Bunbury Tri Club member – no charge – you must register prior to the race – no registration available on the day.
Non BTC members – you must register prior to the race – no registration available on the day.
Short course – $30.00 per race.
Long course – $40.00 per race.
Trystars – $10.00 per race.
Race entry fee includes a day license from TWA for insurance purposes.

To ensure things run smoothly at Club Races we request the help of our volunteers.
If you are able to help out please contact the Bunbury Tri Club prior to race day.

There will be a coffee van on site.

The Bunbury Tri Club will supply a portable toilet for use on the day.
